Menominee County’s preliminary budget looks strong for the upcoming year

Menominee County Administrator Jason Carrivou presented the proposed 2021/2022 funds to the county board yesterday evening with entire guidance. Even though there have been some increases and decreases in the price range over-all the county will be setting up out strong likely into 2022 with $4.1 million in the fund balance that is a 47% commencing rate for the funds 12 months. Carrivou says, “overall I am quite delighted with where the county stands monetarily ideal now, the only detail that is hanging more than us like a dim cloud is the pension liability until finally it is taken treatment of.”

With the preliminary numbers looking very good and profits at $8.2 million for the county. The board will satisfy in two-months to approve or change the 2021/2022 finances.
