A new $16 million development is coming to the City of Menominee

At a conference held by the Brownfield Authority Wednesday evening the improvement team Veridea introduced a new task to the authority alongside with associates of the Menominee Town Council and County Board.  Menominee Business Growth Corporation Director Nancy Douglas claims, “we’ve been doing work for around a yr with a possible developer on the previous Kmart home.”
